Pumice in the shower daily. Only takes a minute but goes a long way toward preventing dry, scaly, cracking skin before it gets really bad. Then moisturize after the shower.

OP, maybe you are over sanding your feet and creating the rough skin. Try easing up and mousturizing only.

What made a world of difference for me was washing my feet before bed (I shower in morning). I had read that it worked, but doubted it. But it really helps. Maybe just becasue I am more likely to put lotion on?

...just the basic. I believe it's $40, but a basic mani/pedi combo is $55. That's way more than I pay at my "regular" nail place, but it was most definitely worth it. I got my nails done 4 days ago and they look like I just got them done today.

I also usually just get a basic pedi. But, once in awhile, I "upgrade" to a nicer salon (in my view, the nicer salons give better pedicures: better nail techs and better products) or to a spa pedicure.
