the roughest feet

what do you use on your feet to make then stop being so rough and callous-y? I get pretty regular (monthly?) pedicures and they are so nice and soft for about a week, and then they are just gross again. Tips appreciated!

Avocado oil works well for me.

Lots of people like vaseline.

For smoothing down callouses: Ped Egg (use about 3x a week)

Every night: Moisturizer, and Vaseline on really rough spots

This is what I do - the Ped Egg ~3-4x/week, and every night I slather on Burt's Bees foot cream and put on socks.

You just have to keep up with it every day. During the winter my feet are so much better because I put on Aquaphor or another lotion and socks at night (can't stand it in warm weather) and often during the day as well. Pumice stone in the shower too.

Amlactin. They sell it at rite-aid. It exfoliates AND moisturizes at the same time; much more effective than cocoa butter.

Lots of moisturizer and regular pedicures.

Get a fresh start with a great pedicure. I recently went to Bluwater Day Spa (right behind White Flint mall) after having several people rave about the place. I got the best pedicure of my life. My feet have never looked or felt better. I kept up with semi-regular pedicures over the past few months (not at Bluwater) but whatever they use/whatever they do at Bluwater is amazing. Seriously, my heels look and feel amazing. They get two-thumbs up from me.
