I have to order OB tampons on amazon because all other brands suck. Too long, uncomfortable and non-absorbant.
Once I am wearing an ob, I can wear a normal maxi pad for the heaviest flow days as a back up |
Sure, here they are: https://www.japan-spread.com/category/select/pid/2419/language/en/currency/JPY?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAp4O8BhAkEiwAqv2UqGTueo8vr77oYIs065zS9IOIOUTHJU-t5SYvF2y5k7-ionT3id0mWxoC5mIQAvD_BwE The above link is for the brand I get in a local shop here. We're in Singapore, no Japan, but I think the source for the link might ship? And here is another brand for night: https://www.watsons.com.sg/body-fit-night-slim-wing-42cm-twin-pack-8-s-x-2/p/BP_39981?srsltid=AfmBOoqfzLduwDooKTmVuajTMNX7Z-nH3Wb5-q0HaKXMTvzwoOsXTErB I honestly don't see much difference between the day and night versions of pads here. They are all huge, and I have learned to love them. |
| I have used the always infinity for years...maybe I got counterfeits off Amazon because the last several, the liquid just sits on top of the pad after a gush instead of absorbing. I had stopped using tampons for years due to endometriosis amd cramps but went back to it recently... it's much less messy. |
An ablation doesn’t remove an organ. One should not throw around the ignorant label so quickly. |
| I switched to adult diaper poise pads for heavy/overnight. They are thick, but do the job. |
| Doesn't always sell size 6 zzz ones? Has anyone tried the 6? I can't seem to find them anywhere but saw them advertised. |
| CVS actually has great store brand pads for really cheap. I like the orange ones with wings for overnight flow. |
| Honeypot plus Thinx (or similar brand) also a disc. For out of the house I pack an extra pair of thinx to swap out. |
I cut off the wings. In flooding situations I find all they do is provide a plastic highway straight to my pants. Hate the wings. |
It's not removing an organ. Heavy bleeding like that is not normal and you all don't have to suffer. |
What kind of clothes do you wear these with? |
| To the mean poster above: uterine ablation is NOT removal of the organ. Please educate yourself before calling others ignorant. (NP). |
Yes I am fascinated by these crazy long pads! Maybe needs its own thread. Why are they common over there and not here?? |
SAME!!! I don't understand why the US wants to punish women. We don't have the supplies for such heavy bleeding. And most of our food is pumped full of more hormones! |
| I find most of the pads I've tried inadequate for the peri flooding. I've been using size 5 heavy overnights noting else is large enough. I wonder which pads in the USA are the longest. Anyone know? |
