Most absorbent maxi pad for flooding

Anonymous
What is the most absorbent pad you have used? I can't use tampons and need to know which pads can hold the most fast like flooding. It seems like have really gotten cheaper makes these smaller and less absorbent. Brands and links much appreciated.

Always infinity. They have wings and absorb a TON.

I know someone who had to use adult diapers (not sure which brand, maybe depends?) because her periods were so heavy.

I did it until I was approved for Novasure. Actually, I used a maternity pad sitting in Depends. I was still leaking.

How is that dumb?

I’m a DP. The ablation saved my health and my job.

Do you think an ablation is a typo for abortion?

Poster you are responding to. I have had super heavy periods for the longest time (thankfully, I have an IUD so for now I no longer have any period). Maybe I overreacted but suggesting the removal of the entire organ when the OP is looking for mitigation strategies seemed excessive/ignorant.

I want to know the same, does it not leak out the back for sleep? Anyone know? Please inform as I'm tried of sleeping on an uncomfortable bloodletting towel.

OP, this is maybe not helpful, but we're expats and are in an Asian country right now. I was SHOCKED at the maxi pads here because they are HUGE. A maxi pad is as long as the length from my longest outstretched finger to my elbow. They go almost entirely to the top of my underwear front and back.

But I have grown to love them. They contain everything, no leaks. I can wear white underwear on my heaviest day, no problem.

So maybe you can look into buying them on ebay or something similar? Look for the 42 cm length.

Can you post a link to the pads you're speaking of please? Thank you!
