Most likely it will be 12-13 girls on a team. If 30+ girls show up, then they could field another team.

Anyone know difference between Hurricanes and GTS Fusion in Arlington?

Both programs have younger teams. GTS does go into UAA at older ages.

But the younger programs seem to have the same main admin. Fudd?

GTS was on the Under Armour circuit and their teams travelled to the more distant tournaments than Hurricanes. I think things are in flux this year at the high school level.

AAU teams are usually set by about 6-7th grade, but exceptions are made for kids who develop significantly. You have to be better than the top 4-6 kids, otherwise most coaches will stick with the known quantity.

Some teams form new teams if there is enough interest.

EYBL is a bit different, as those clubs have some younger age teams but the girls on those younger teams rarely develop enough to make the EYBL teams for those clubs.

As far as GTS, it’s the Fudd family. They have had some decent teams, but recently fallen off and lost sponsorships. I’d take Fairfax Stars or Elevate Elite over GTS. Hurricanes are more like the Vogues - decent at the younger age groups but not a serious club past like 7th grade.

Agree with most of this but Hurricanes are not like the Vogues at the younger ages. They're a lot better. They're like the Vogues at the HS level.
