Uhh it’s probably that the light reflects off the snow and is barely dark on a night like last night. Tons of people wake up in the middle of the night on a snowy night.

Put on the Crockpot Hot Chocolate.

Welcome to my world.

No! My neighbors shoveling at 3:30am is why I was awake. Don’t be rude. Save the shoveling for after 8am

Have sporadically had this issue since 35- magnesium helps!

Not even trazodone helped me last night.

Read or get up and workout.

It's a vicious cycle because tonight you'll be exhausted and ready for bed by 8 pm.

This. If you aren't normally up at 3am I would not consider sleeplessness last night a sign of perimenopause. And I am in perimenopause! But it's the cause for everything.

Melatonin and non psycho active hemp gummies for sleep work well together . My doctor approved it as safe .

I was fast asleep! But I put on the 24/7 channel on youtube and turn the screen off. I fall asleep to it. If it keeps me up, I switch to a 48 hours mystery!

Wow! I wake up a couple of times a night and now I know who I can chat with at 3am.

I'm one day off and missed the party! I went to bed way too early yesterday and woke up for the day around 3am. Will take a nap this morning.

Up since 4. Taking 5 mg Melatonin and sipping wine. Nothing is working. Luckily working from home and no school so can sleep in until 8.

Went to sleep at 11, awake since 4:30. This has been happening to me the last couple of months. Thankful for another snow day.
