I really hope you do your duty and report that business to police, OP.

It's strange what you find hilarious.

You're not a stable person

WTH? Report “that business” to the police? How and why would I report a random dog walking couple to the police? I have no way of knowing who the f these dog walkers are and the Police wouldn’t care even if I did. There are so many insane wackadoodles on here it’s painful.

Maybe you should take your own advice.

+1. The owners probably think they are a nice older couple and have no idea what they are actually doing. I would be so upset if this were my dog.

"The child next door is being physically abused."

"Mind your own business."

If you call the non-emergency number, they'll connect you to animal services. Animal services is the appropriate "police" for this, and yes, they very much would care.

Funny how the people with the wrong answer are always calling smarter, better-informed people crazy names. Projection, probably.

Exactly.

There is no way the neighbors of the various houses I grew up in didn’t know we were being routinely beaten, and our mother too. I’m sure of it because I befriended a neighbor girl in my teen years and she told me straight up she knew my father was an abusive bastard.

I ended up in law enforcement and learned just how many neighbors there are out there being busy about minding their own.

Just this morning I was reading about a young woman’s murder which went unsolved for decades and how the neighborhood canvass uncovered multiple neighbors who heard a high pitched woman’s scream around the time the woman was killed. Imagine if even one bothered calling 911.

Too many people minding their own business, as if we all aren’t meant to be walking each other home through this life. Shame on us.

I’ve seen this van and all the dogs — they absolutely are not taking the best care of their charges. They stand around and chat with other people and barely pay attention to the dogs they are “walking.”

Ugh this is awful. Our dog walkers are expensive but they only do one dog at a time and are so responsible with them.

I have found dogs in the street near Battery Kimble who got lost from dog walkers. Next time this happens to you, call the number on the collar so at least the owners what’s up.
