Why would a celeb post pics of some kids but not all?

Kourtney had in utero surgery for that baby. Likely it has a developmental or genetic disorder as is common with geriatric pregnancies. If my guess is true, it’s really sad that she is choosing to hide this like something to be embarrassed about. She has a huge platform she could use to educate and rally support.
