I didn't know this (it certainly wasn't advertised at the time of check-out) and bought something online that ended up not fitting. Took it back the day it arrived to the store and was told it wasn't returnable since it was purchase on sale. (It was back to full price in store so it wasn't like it was a clearance item--it was simply purchased with the Black-Friday site-wide 20% off). I called customer service and escalated my complaint to their management and was given a "one time courtesy return."

Never again.

Yep! This is exactly what happened. (OP here.) So shady. Never again.

We live on the west coast within walking distance to an Aritzia so theoretically returns should be easy, and I’ve still messed it up.

Agree with the PP who says to just buy socks. I really like their socks.
