S/O- What are you serving for New Year’s Eve family dinner?

Where did you get the grills? Where do you source your raclette? I've been wanting it since a trip to the Alps in 1989.

We do heavy appetizers. Everyone makes one or two types. Always shrimp pig in blankets, some fort of salmon, but the others rotate.

We tried fondue, but it was too rich for most of us.
