Greece for spring break? Which island(s)?

The time zone change will be less, though.

At that point, the Caribbean is just as close if not closer.

Athens + Cyclades Islands-Mykonos, Milos, Paros, Santorini, etc. (pick 2 or 3) or Athens + Crete

It would be a good time for hiking on the islands, unlike summer when people were dying of heat exhaustion.

That’s not a lot of time to be jumping around to different islands. You’ll be spending all your time getting places rather than seeing places.
