I start making dough in November. I make about 12-16 types, trying a few new ones every year and removing ones that were not popular.
I scoop and refrigerate the dough balls. I’ll do 3 baking days and bake a dozen of each cookie for trays. It takes about 2 hours. 10 minutes per tray with double ovens. I also store with a slice of bread in separate containers so the flavors don’t mix till I deliver them. I’ll make trays to deliver to friends, family and church. It’s fun and I get lots of Wows! |

I made my dough on Christmas Eve and baked them after dinner on Christmas.
Bonus is I still have some left. |
