Metro closures downtown over the holidays

Yes. They are just closing the access to the lower level platforms where the orange/blue/silver lines are. Upper level red line platforms and street entrances are open.

Yes, between the closed stations, to mirror the path of the trains that aren't running. But not a shuttle to anywhere other than the metro stations.
