WFH took off as a health measure during covid and it's been a cushy gig. But your kids don't want to school from home and you don't even remember how to make small talk at office coffee time

It's a job. It's an office.
If you need to breastfeed your kittens or massage your toes whilst in the clock get a new job.

Some people have had remote jobs before Covid. So people with kids should quit their jobs. School is 7 hours with commute people have 12 hour days . Just dump and abandon your kids for some idiotic decision maker.

But magically in 2016 or 2018 or 2019 people had kids and commuted for 10 or 12 hour days. They flexed or had childcare or aftercare or something. Figure it out. Move closer in. Then it's 10 hour.

Wow you are a know it all . Commute to DC is time consuming even if you live closer. Speaking from experience.

Omg this is hilarious
Better yet with the tractor trailers for trump blocking the road

Or if you are a fed who can't cope then quit. There are people who live near metro who deserve a better job with benefits.

Yes just fire everyone or make them quit. You have decided that people living closer to metro deserve better job with benefits.

Ok so my husband who took a fed job in 2016 and had to go onsite twice a week until covid then should now be forced back every day and spend 3 hours a day in a car? That’s my biggest issue. If you already had telework pre-covid why not just go back to that? He never would have gone to the fed side if that was a possibility.
