That you have family addiction issues and you don't want her going down that road.

That pot is not the benign drug many people claim it is.

That with your family history of addiction, she may be more likely to be affected negatively by trying pot.

The Daily had an episode on pot a month or two ago. Put that on in the car and make her listen to it.

Sit down and read articles about it.

Tell her she is not allowed to smoke pot. That you re not ok with that.

Yes, this.

I would tell her that she shouldn't be using it because she is underage. Appreciate her honesty but remind her that it is ILLEGAL for her to be using it. This is what I always fall back on. It's not just your opinion but it's THE LAW. It could jeopardize her future. Of course you can control every aspect of her life but try to make sure she is in engaged activities and even spend more time with her doing stuff she likes, connecting.

Can’t you smell it on her?

Forget about addiction, it's so bad for their brains at this age. And even if it is legal. Into the early twenties it's affecting, badly, their brain development. You just have to be such a freaking idiot to think that it's worth it.

Does she have driving privileges or other things? Drug testing is a great way to ensure she is not gettingmout of hand. You can order tests that show the level of THC to determine how severe the issue is. The tests work for both THC and detect delta 8

What? She's underage and unless she lives outside the house and supports herself she shouldn't be doing illegal things in the house and parents paying for it
