I already live here so no looking, but I do like that house. Except the dark floors, would love it with lighter floors.

For me, the location within McLean would be the biggest driver.

Location can be a combination of factors such as:

-Is it a nice overall area?
-Is it a nice street?
-Is it a quiet street (away from a major highway or a busy road)?
