Ooh, thank you for posting. I have a bag just like this that is more than 10 years old and WAY PAST the end of its useful life. I've been searching for a replacement. The olive is the one that I think is most versatile for the day to day use you described. The yellow is great, but will show dirt.

I should start a separate thread on this, but I’m always amazed at how many people use tote bags as a purse/handbag- I love the look but feel like I am constantly hunting through it for my wallet, glasses, whatever I need.

Once I got used to one, I've never gone back (other than at night or dressing up socially.) I have a zipper bag inside that I carry all the things I could need, but not regularly. And a smaller non-zipper case for glasses. Lip gloss and keys in the attached pocket.
