If RFK Jr. takes over HHS, I predict some combination of the following:

vaccines no longer required for public schools
insurance stops covering vaccines
low-income and dumb parents don't vaccinate their kids
my biggest fear is another pandemic and an absolutely horrific response, and lots of people die.

Insurance companies want to cover vaccines, in most cases at least. Besides, ACA requires them to cover them, not HHS regulations.

And states create school vaccine requirements, not HHS.
