Yes, because I don’t love green beans, I don’t think the family would eat zucchini or peas, and broccoli shrinks when you cook it so it’s hard to prepare enough for a huge crowd. My SIL makes an awesome green salad, so salad is already covered. |

I like roasted Brussels sprouts dressed with a mustard maple sauce. Roast them until they are getting crispy. It reheats pretty well too.
