| Broccoli casserole is good. Blanched chopped fresh broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, diced onions sauteed in butter, and some milk. Salt and pepper. Mix everything together except for the broccoli. Add broccoli and gently combine. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 mts., spread some shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for another 10-15 mts. You can use buttered bread crumbs instead of the cheese on top if you prefer. |
This. Simple FOOD. Roast the brocolli with S&P and olive oil. A bowl of Salad greens, with cherry tomatoes and diced cucumbers. |
