What does our neighborhood pizza place keep giving us free pizza?

Someone else has a card on file that is being charged. Hopefully it is not someone who is struggling financially. When they find out they will blame the pizza place who will have to make them whole. Hopefully nobody loses their job over this.

To avoid all this collateral damage, please pay next time. Just say “no we have not paid - please check because this has happened before and I want to do right by you.”

It is not free. Someone is getting charged. You should call them and explain what is happening and see if it can get resolved.
