It’s no wonder that this particular week Ji chose to announce to the world that America is in decline, much to Putin’s delight as well. Just wait. Those who don’t study history are doomed to repeat it. We are, sadly. America will overcome, as it always has, no matter which Party comes next. The age of our population has never had anything to do with that glorious historic reality. And our wise Founders were largely elder statesmen, especially elder for their time. With the exception of Joan of Arc (and our soldiers who sadly die young of course to whom we owe so much), young political leaders don’t save nations, elder statesmen and women do. It’s ok to be naive. Most of us were when we were young.

CNN is irrelevant. They have no audience and even less credibility.

They probably told him he was getting a 75% pay cut next contract and he figured he’d just retire at this point.
