Which famous people have had their children taken to another country to live?

One of my high school friends married a very wealthy and well-connected guy from the Middle East against all advice. He was in the US for college. They had 2 kids when he informed her that he was remarrying and divorcing her. She had a few days to leave the country and hasn’t seen her kids in a decade. They live with their dad and his succession of women and have been completely turned against their mom.

This is just so tragic. It will take a bit to not think of this.
