Sounds like Fattet batinjen. Fried eggplant, tons of fresh garlic in a yogurt sauce with chickpeas and pita chips mixed in. My favorite. I've never tried to make it at home before, but the Lebanese restaurant where I live now doesn't serve it, so maybe I'll give it a try. |
