Only Harris/Walz signs, so how did trump win?

Anonymous
Most Trump voters are too ashamed to advertise their support for him.

Signs don't vote.

I spend a lot of time in Western PA and: Yes.

There are people there with "F**k Biden" and "Let's Go Brandon" signs and "Trump 2024" signs that have been up for years. Lots of people with signs that have been there since 2016 or 2020.

This country is full of Trump voters (obviously). It's just that very few of them live in this area and the ones that do are smart enough to be quiet about it because most people around here dislike Trump.

Also a lot of the people who voted for Trump don't actually like him. They just viewed him as the lesser of two evils. Certainly I disagree with that characterization and I'm sure OP does too but I get that not everyone else does. People really didn't want another 4 years of Biden-Harris and Harris was unable to convince them that she would be different.

This is the last gasp of the old dudes.

I disagree. My son is a teen and a Trump supporter. I’m not a trump voter - but nothing I say to him sways his opinion at all.

Google election results map and look at the states that are red. Did you go to any of those states? That's where the Trump signs are.

Because people are embarrassed to admit it, but they clearly supported him in private. Disgusting.

George McGovern upset his wife terribly in 1972 when, after leaving a huge, boisterous support rally in Southern California, he told her, "we're going to lose."

She flipped out at him and he explained, "regular Americans do not go to political rallies."

True then, true today.

Consider why none of you speaks to anyone who supports Trump. Perhaps you should expand your tolerance muscle and avoid calling people idiots.

This is either a troll or it seriously calls into question the notion that Harris voters are the smart ones.

They're not really that ashamed to admit it. If you go were there are lots of Trump voters, there are lots of Trump signs. There aren't that many around here, but I was in Frederick County, VA over the weekend and saw a ton.

I am talking not just about here in Fairfax; I have friends in Silver Spring, and even in Baltimore.

Virtually no trump signs at all. Like, none.

How is this possible?

Did you leave your house in the past 3 months? I'm in true blue Fairfax and definitely saw Trump signs. In fact, I saw more this time than in 2016 or 2020.

Agree with the second poster. My son is a Trump supporter too. No matter what I say to him his opinion won't change.
The old never passes away. We are in the same place as when Hillary Clinton lost. We have not progressed since the civil war times. Whites don't like it if people of Color win.
Men will never let Woman win..

We will never change.

Nearly all of the teenagers I know are far left. Regardless, the current political situation is awful for young adults looking to find partners. We are so divided as a country and men and women are at odds with each other.

You may want to look at the analysis of the young vote. Actually, you probably so not want to look.
DS votes Trump and DSs split on their opinion.

Doesn’t mean much. There were a lot of Trump signs in Arlington yet he barely got 10% of the vote there.
