ONLY 3 practices in FVU (ECNL National) for and only for 1hr:15min, not a minute more… they loose almost every game and still they don’t make the effort to schedule another practice. On the boys side.

Having to play on county fields (particularly fairfax county) is part of the issue. County fields in PWC are a bit easier for whatever reason.

I call BS. Plenty of FFX county fields laying fallow during prime practice time. There were never 'field problems' prior to FVU so this is a club issue, not a county issue.

A couple clubs short change on practices even for top teams. You're at one of them.

No other county is making space for adult sports like FFX does, and it seems like it's all for FXA. In PWC, they do have adult leagues through the clubs but the clubs provide allocation and I feel like the prioritize their youth practices. I never saw any real exceptions in Loudouns allocation guidelines for adult leagues.

So is this correct?:

4x per week:
Arlington ECNL girls
VDA ECNL girls
NVA ECNL girls

3x per week:
FVU ECNL girls

How much field space do your ECNL and ECNL RL teams get for practice? Our team gets 1/3 of a field (at most) and we are seeing the effects of not ever practicing on a half or full field in our play/spacing during matches.

Yup. And lines up with FFX dropping the ball on field allocations. Does any team in FFX have practices beyond 9pm?

In MoCo… yes up to 10 pm.

PWSI/VDA have practices that end after 9pm also.

Union practices have always been an issue since so many of the coaches coach at other clubs and at Howard. Sometimes it feels like our practices had to get into their schedule.

That might have something to do with it but I'm still waiting to hear if any FFX clubs are able to hold practices and have them end beyond 9pm. When you're splitting turf field space among so many clubs and add in giving time away to adult sports, it's hard to fit everything in.
