How many ECNL practices per week?

Anonymous
I just saw someone post on the VDA thread that their ECNL girls practice 4 days per week. Is that correct and what other ECNL teams practice 4 days a week? My DD’s ECNL team practices 3 days a week (and we probably pay the same club fees).

ONLY 3 practices in FVU (ECNL National) for and only for 1hr:15min, not a minute more… they loose almost every game and still they don’t make the effort to schedule another practice. On the boys side.

Most are 3-4 plus strength training.

Please, it's not even 3 practices a week because they cancel all.the.time due to 'field problems.'

They should have enough common sense to just cut bait and move to a field not under construction. They have 3 clubs fields to pull from- how is it that there is no field space for practice. This is 100 level stuff. If they are going to cancel so much sign the players up for ballmasters or do film.

Having to play on county fields (particularly fairfax county) is part of the issue. County fields in PWC are a bit easier for whatever reason.

I would say that the fourth day should be strength training. A lot of injuries and overuse can occur when it's 4 days without any strength training.
