recommend your electric carving knife

For me, they're easier on my back and wrists than the 'sawing' motion of using a knife, especially on bigger roasts, turkeys, etc. that require some reach. They also require much less force (if you're clawing into the cutting board, you're doing it wrong).

They're great for destroying cutting boards. And if you prefer wood/plastic shavings in your food.

I use a chef knife. I'm doing it right.

If someone is disabled it's understandable.

You're "sawing" into your roasts, such that your back is strained?

Have you tried using the sharp side of the knife?

I'm disabled in a way that makes holding a knife of any kind difficult some days (some days it's fine; some disabilities are like that).
