“Dinner” - an hour before bed

"Let" him? He's 23. He can self help here. He doesn't need mom making him dinner at 11:30pm for goodness sake. If I were a 23 year old girl, I would run, not walk, in the other direction.

Frozen dinner
Canned soup/chilli
Rotisserie chicken, canned/frozen vegetables, bread/rolls
Sandwiches/Grilled cheese
Quesadillas
Frozen dumplings with frozen vegetables and season to taste (I like Kikoman teriyaki sauce, mustard, and Trader Joe’s furikake)
Scrambled eggs (I cook in microwave) with… (salsa and cheddar, spinach and mushrooms, ham and swiss, etc.)
Knorr noodles/rice packets with canned meat and canned/frozen veg (ex. butter and herb noodles with canned tuna and sugar snap peas, creamy chicken rice with canned chicken and canned mushrooms, cheddar broccoli rice with canned chicken and frozen broccoli, etc.)

First of all, there is no such thing as a "nice" bowl of cereal. I can't think of too many foods that are worse than cereal. Congrats for falling for all the marketing I guess?

I was pregnant with my first kid at 23. He can manage this himself trust me.

Kid is 23. He could eat cereal all day long and be fine.
