I recommend a class that covers data and statistics, such as AP Statistics or IB Mathematics: Applications and Interpretations. |
Is a good alternative knowledge of mathematical statistics and discrete mathematics? |
These 3 bedrooms, and most of the 2 bedrooms, are also bigger than my house. A lot of them are in the range of 1600-2000 sq ft. |

Affordable housing is the term for every development now. It's how developers get people to support the project. It doesn't actually denote anything specific about what gets built.
It's pretty genius because no one wants to be against affordable housing. And then by the time the project gets built, everyone forgets what was promised, and it's too late anyways. |
And one more thing: this is why we always need more affordable housing. Every development is supposed to be affordable, but it's not, so then we're told the next development will bring affordable housing, but it doesn't. And this cycle continues endlessly. |
No, it's not. Although it's true that every large-enough development has affordable housing, because that's the county requirement: for any new development in Montgomery County with 20 or more units, 12.5-15% of those units must be Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs). Here's the 2023 annual report on MPDUs: https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/DHCA/Resources/Files/housing/affordable/publications/mpdu/annual_report_mpdu-2023.pdf (Also, plenty of people are against affordable housing, including publicly. Here's how they do it: "I support affordable housing, but...") |
