Expectant and Postpartum Moms
OP here. First Snowfall is beautiful and we plan to use it in the nursery. Thanks for the recommendation!

We have Farrow & Ball borrowed light in a room. If objects rub against it the paint skims off. Contrast that to Benjemen Moore Aura line - no rub off. Get the BM chip with Polar ice and polar light. For bathrooms the BM products also hold up better.
The new flat for baths has almost zero smell and cleans with no rub-off or discoloration. |
I'm the 9:35 First Snowfall poster. So glad you like it, too! I was sitting in DS's nursery this morning and the sunlight against the walls was beautiful. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
I can't chime in on paint, because I painted yellow, but I did buy decals from www.whatisblik.com and LOVE them. They were easy to install and have a mod, deco look - so it depends what look you're going for. But for me, it was great. (They also have certain decals which are geared for newborns - in black and white - which are the first colors a baby can focus on).

We used the Jungle wall graphics from weegallery. They are b/w so made for baby. My DS loved them. Can't say much about wall color as we lived in a rental, so did not paint. But I am sure whatever you choose will be fine. It's probably more for you than for the baby.

We got our wall decals from allposters.com They have a great selection of wall decals and always have some sort of online special going on. The quality was good and they weren't too expensive.
