Gentle Exfoliating Beauty Bar soap is good for that!

Just because it’s not happening to you doesn’t mean OP doesn’t understand her own body and the changes she’s experiencing.

I just wondered since she indicates it is new to her and research has shown a link to diet.
Just forget it, I was trying to help

NP, but I was going to point out a potential diet connection, as well. My SIL mentioned that the only thing that really helped her hot flashes was cutting sugar out of her diet. (No HRT for us due to specific family history). Cutting sugar made a real difference for me, too.

I think with peri, there may be a diet/hormone connection that wasn't there previously.

I also switched from Dove to Secret recently.

I switched from Secret to Dove Spray. I like Dove spray better because it feels light and I can re-apply if needed.

OP I am the same. Tried them all and did a deep dive on reviews. Found this and I really lke it: https://www.amazon.com/Antiperspirant-Deodorant-Long-Lasting-Sensitive-Protection/dp/B01CKN68JQ

I do shower twice a day. I put this on before bed and in the morning. Really works.

I am female but use the regular in the dark green container, not the women's light green.

ditto, I am female and I have used the mens mitchum unscented gel for the last decade or so. I only need to apply it after a shower. I don't sweat much, however. No night sweats and rarely sweat even with exercise. (Bikram yoga could get me to sweat, but it's been about 20 years since I've regularly done bikram/heated yoga.)

Megababe!! It is the best deodorant I have ever used. I like rosy pits best. Zero smell, ever, all day long.

I've found the thing that works best for me is using an anti-bacterial soap in my arm pits. Scrub it in and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.

I use Lume and a natural deodorant on my armpits, and I seem to be less sweaty and smelly. No night sweats, but I work out daily and sweat a lot then.

Secret clinical waterproof. Have to get it online. Also, don’t wear synthetic fabrics. Nothing can keep you from stinking in those.
