How do I shrink my waist specifically?

I second this. I had a 27 inch waist before pregnancy and I’ve been maintaining the same 27 inch waist post pregnancy once I rehabbed my diastasis. The every mother workouts are what I used too and they will absolutely help shrink your waist by helping zip the dr back up.

Yeah but she can for sure get back to a 30 inch waist if she wants too.

Eating in a calorie deficit and weight lifting.

Also look up stomach vacuums. If you do them daily they definitely help to pull the waist in.

Physical therapy and targeted core exercises - rotators + strengthening obliques will help.

I have lost twenty pounds since July, and am losing inches in my hips, bust, and thighs, but NOT my waist.

I did have diastasis recti so wondering if this is a cause. But in any case, it’s very annoying and I would like to shrink my waist. Is there anything I can do?

(I have never had a particularly defined waist but am an hourglass, and historically my bust/hips were 40 inches and waist was 30 inches. Now bust/hips are about 42 inches but waist has been 35 inches for a year.)

Get a corset.

27 can fit into a nice size 0. No need to remove a rib bone for 18.

You can get a rib removed.

This is OP and I get that, but I had two kids before this one (they’re a little older) and I pretty well got my previous figure back. I guess it will just take more time and effort (esp now that I am in my late thirties )

After 35, generally your body just doesn’t recover as well.

Are those still made? Neat!

I did years and years of hardcore ab workouts. I lost so much weight that my dr told me I needed to gain some back. I can not get my DR to resolve and I have a permanently wider waist. I get a tummy tuck in December. I should have done it sooner.
