When did you introduce a regular blanket into the crib?

Around 6 months (my son has been sleeping on his tummy since then as well). At first I did a lite cotton one, but now do a thicker fleece one.

We play games, where I put the blanket over his head and he pulls it off. He is quite good and getting out from under a blanket.

With that said, I definitly would not even think twice about a 13mos old being under a blanket, that is pratically a toddler.

14 month old in sleep sack with foot holes. The kid is in a different corner of his crib every time I look in so a blanket is useless.
