DC —> Williamsburg other than by car?

We ubered which is very cheap. There is also a robust bus system since it’s a college town. And unlike many places there are actually sidewalks so you can find a hotel walkable to a lot of things. Unfortunately there are no hotels walkable to Busch Gardens but I think at least one hotel closer to the park offers a shuttle.
