| They’re voting for trump because they’re racist morons. No other explanation. |
DING Notice all the hand-wringing about "immigrants are flooding our schools and making our kids dumb" bullshit never gets into detail. It's all noise with no evidence. |
No one said that. School A has an influx of migrant kids and has failing test scores as a result since these kids can't read or write in any language. School B has middle to high income households with high test scores. School board is planning to redraw boundaries so that kids from School B move to school A to raise the average test scores and cover up the fact that the original kids from School A still can't read or write in any language. |
Urban elites don’t care They have nothing but contempt for middle class It really should not be surprising why so many are rejecting Harris and overwhelming immigration |
I'm a teacher. Do you honestly think a class in which 75% or more of the students are learning English as a second language doesn't impact the instructional pace? That's not a racist comment. It's a big challenge for the teachers and students. |

The is what democrat urban elites try to do when elected …
The rich are poised to gain more from the SALT cap increase than lower-income people are from other elements of the bill, such as the child tax credit. According to the CRFB, a household in D.C. making $1 million a year would benefit 10 times as much from the SALT cap as a middle-class household would from extending the increased child tax credit for one year, which would provide an extra $1,600 for children under 6 and an extra $1,000 for older children. “We’re debating about whether to give lower- and middle-class families a thousand dollars more a year through the child tax credit, while giving upper-class families $10,000 or more through SALT,” said Marc Goldwein, senior policy director at the CRFB. “That’s counter to everything the Democrats have been saying Build Back Better is about and everything they said about the Trump tax cuts.” |
I'm not voting for Trump (but only because the abortion issue is more important to me than the immigration issue). That being said, this is 100% true. So I can understand why those who prioritize illegal immigration reform would vote for Trump. Blanket amnesty under Harris is definitely wrong! |
My wife is a school nurse. They need to give combat pay for title one schools but there is no salary adjustment so everyone runs away from These schools . But the liberal elites never show up. Or help. They just yell RACIST! |
Oh bite me. The entire leadership of the GOP is "urban elites". Trump himself is the *epitome* of "urban elites". GMAFB. |
+ a million I am sick to death of sanctimonious Democrats insisting that millions of illegal immigrants “don’t affect” me or my family. When my kids are getting almost no attention in class due to an overwhelming number of non-English speakers, there is a huge problem. And anyone denying that is a classic gaslighter and part of the problem. DP |
| What if, just humor me here, we didn't judge, rate, assign federal $$ to HOW STUDENTS TEST IN SCHOOL? What if we allowed for diversity and new English speakers? |
You likely fall into one or more of these categories: -- a college student -- have no children -- live in the northeast in a non-diverse area --live in an expensive area with excellent public schools --send your kids to private schools |

Trump proposing amnesty will never happen. Removing millions here illegally would help affordable family formation with less demand for housing. It is posisble to do if you start heavily fining those that knowingly employ those will an illegal status and make everify manditory in all states. Dealing with the mass flux of economic migrants is important, we can't afford not to deal with it.
Kamala proposing amnesty is a distinct posibility. For this reason, she's a no go. |
DP. This is what I’m afraid of. I have considered voting for Harris but the illegal immigration issue is why I probably won’t. |
