the actual data youre showing (from class of 26) shows SFS had higher SATs in verbal and math and higher class rank.

No, we know the stats for OP: look at the cross tabs for those stats. Business is the tougher admit. But I shouldn’t need to teach you how to read a table…

surprising thing in that table is SFS took, apparently, 3 kids total who weren't in top 20% of class. McDonough took 7, in a smaller class, included a couple kids who were bottom half of their high school class. I wonder how that happened.
