So weird how my weight reduces

You know that a mile walk is only uses about 60 (+ or - some) calories when you are 120 pounds or so. Maybe 100 if you are running fast. Don't expect much from a mile walk.

That is odd. I don’t understand how it never changes. Even pre and post pee it should change. And you usually weigh more at night than in morning.


Your scale probably has a memory…. Mine does but it was not advertised as having a memory. I am the only one that uses my scale. If you are within a pound of the most recent weight it will give you the same weight as the most recent one. So I grab a 2lb weight, weight myself then put down the weight and reweigh and my weight changes. If I don’t I will just get the same number as the day before and then two weeks later all of a sudden I have lost a pound and an able!!!
