Have you heard of the double barrel name before?

+1 there are plenty of double barreled first names in the world (especially for Elvis who was from the South.)

Peggy-Sue
Marie-Claire
Jean-Luc

etc etc etc etc etc

Elvis was introduced to a new generation through the Austin Butler biopic and I think this also revived interest in LMP, the only daughter of a music legend. Both died too young through tragic circumstances/addiction, which itself is compelling to a lot of people. I have listened to Elvis my whole life (my dad was a fan) and his voice really is beautiful and one-of-a-kind. Whether or not he will remain relevant to this next generation remains to be seen. But as long as people are interested in Elvis, there will be some interest in LMP.

This is a bit of a stretch.

I was going to say the same thing. The book was given to outlets so experts will be coming out over the days. As well as interviews her daughter is doing.

Same thing why people obsessed with Princess Katherine, yes she is pretty and sophisticated, which also many other woman has that qualifications and even more. Other than that? She married to William. Same with LMP being a daughter of legendary singer.
Its just celebrities things.

Elvis was an icon and beloved by many. Interest seemingly has not waned in him and his family as evidenced by recent movies and visitors to Graceland.
