ty - hopefully! I had a pelvic ct 10 mos ago for something completely unrelated so I would have thought it would have seen if anything was awry with regard to a malignancy though I suppose time has passed since then.

OP, I had a mystery bump that my midwife called in a whole host of people to come look at. Fun times. They removed it and tested it and it never came back, but it wasn't herpes or cancer or anything dire. It was just weird.

And this was 20 years ago; two babies since then, and I'm clearly not dead. I hope you have the same benign, if embarrassing results.

I get bumps - kind of like pressure zits we get on our faces - and they go away in their own. I assume they are ingrown hairs. I don’t think mine are super visible, rather I just feel them when I shower

could i have caught something from it?

I had this happen (just one, not multiple) and it went away by itself by the time I could get in to the doctor the next day. She said it was likely a cyst and not to worry about it. If it came back, sitz baths could help. It did come back a few weeks later, and went away again and has not reoccurred since (been over a year.)

She said they are not uncommon in middle age.

I suddenly developed a strange blister bump there that turned out to be Shingles (yes, in my privates). Somehow I had a hunch and went to my PCP the very next morning rather than wait for an OB appointment later that week. Sure enough I got the meds and saved myself extra pain and blisters (it was still bad for a week but would have been way worse had I waited longer).

OMG. ANOTHER THING FOR ME TO LAY IN BED AND OBSESS ABOUT. SHINGLES IN MY VAGINA

Potentially an allergy from the lube or latex
