Staff to student ratio at lunch in elementary school

Being male doesn't always help. We had a male para who let the kids behave however they wanted at lunch. He was more interested in being liked by the kids than in enforcing rules.

Some people don't mind having lunch duty, but I abhor it. I'll take recess duty any day.
