This is not OP but we get slim sizes from places like Target or Gap. Even with Gap slim we usually still have to pull the elastic cinching in all the way on both sides.

Tea collection. I buy a lot of it used on poshmark for my skinny 8 year old. Her handme downs do not fit her sister whose legs a not sticks.
