I admire Lizzo for her body confidence and also for her path to ozempic or whatever weight loss drug she choose. It’s a tough road and she seems a-okay

For the poster who said we should give no thought to Lizzo's weight (until this post I hadn't) but Lizzo and for that matter Lily Collins are role models whether we like it or not. Well … Lizzo being body positive doesn’t mean she thinks she doesn’t need to lose weight.

Living your body even when you are obese actually leads to greater success at losing weight.

So yes it’s okay to be obese, body positive and trying to lose weight.
