Potomac Falls looks to be old money to you??

Are you sure you're in the right neighborhood?

Nothing about Potomac Falls says old money, lol.

OP is talking about Potomac Falls in MD. It is definitely an old money neighborhood. Maybe you are referring to the Potomac Falls in VA?

Potomac Falls is nice you are looking for big lots with big and mature trees in a rolling landscape. The most expensive part of Potomac is that pocket around Durham and Congressional Parkway off of River Road.

Except fir not really being walkable it’s nice.

As for old money LOL no.

It’s not the 1 preventers old money. More like high income one gen back money.

My SIL lives there it’s a nice place to raise a family. But many of the homes need a ton of work.

The whole river and the falls themselves are located within Maryland. It’s kind of funny that the Great falls park in Va is all about viewing Maryland.

Potomac Falls is old money for DC. Edward Bennett Williams is buried in a graveyard in the community.

Va is kind of the outsider being on the other side of the River from all the DC amenities and attractions.
