I left a half-opened Gluhwein (mulled red wine) on my counter for a few months. It didn't taste much different right before I threw it away. Because I really only want about 2 glasses of that per year.
Unless your fridge is fridgy and the cork was loose, it's probably just about the same. Drink it! Drink it! |
| how was it OP? |
| Yes, although I’d let it come to room temp first |
People who might want to drink it ten days later. OP, are you worried about getting sick? From old wine? I’m so confused. |

You’re not going to get sick, if that’s what you’re wondering. It just probably won’t taste as good.
I had an open bottle of white wine in the back of my fridge for something like 5 months, and a guest had a glass or two before I said wait that’s pretty old! She said it was still delicious, so YMMV. |
Agree. - not a microbiologist |
| Yes, I would. |
| Why wouldn’t you drink it? |
| If it still tastes good, yes. |
