Would you drink it

I left a half-opened Gluhwein (mulled red wine) on my counter for a few months. It didn't taste much different right before I threw it away. Because I really only want about 2 glasses of that per year.

Unless your fridge is fridgy and the cork was loose, it's probably just about the same.

Drink it! Drink it!

Yes, although I’d let it come to room temp first

People who might want to drink it ten days later.

OP, are you worried about getting sick? From old wine? I’m so confused.

You’re not going to get sick, if that’s what you’re wondering. It just probably won’t taste as good.

I had an open bottle of white wine in the back of my fridge for something like 5 months, and a guest had a glass or two before I said wait that’s pretty old! She said it was still delicious, so YMMV.

But is it as good as it was when it was first opened? Probably not.

Agree.

Yes, I would.

Why wouldn’t you drink it?

If it still tastes good, yes.
