What states are most likely to flip D?

My two young voters would vote R if Trump were not the nominee.

Not all young voters are brainwashed by the extreme liberal leftist cult.

I taught my kids to be individuals with their own political and social construct beliefs...even if I myself don't necessarily agree 100% with them.

Well, you all decided that Trump is the R nominee.

Trump’s up 4.2% in Florida, and that’s been pretty steady.

We will see!

Oh sorry, are we doing #notallrepublicans now?

Have you joined Republicans for Harris, I hope? Are you part of the Bulwark community? What are you doing to rid your party of that toxic pustule so you can return to having legitimate policy disagreements to the party that is actually trying to make sure we still have a country at the end of this?

Simple.

Young voters can’t afford a home, costs are crazy expensive for groceries, gas, rent. The reckless spending by Biden has made inflation much worse that it should have been. And yes, inflation is still 3% now, but that does not mean prices are going down. They are just increasing at a slower rate, but the 9-10 % rate of the previous 2 years is still baked into the current costs.

Also, if you are black, what has Biden/Harris done for you? Also as we get more migrants, they are moving into low wage jobs like construction where higher paid blacks are getting pushed out…

The bolded is simply false. If it were the case, the inflation in the US would be worse than everywhere else. Instead, inflation in the US has actually been better than everywhere but Japan. Please show where any of Biden's bills have "caused" inflation, or made inflation worse. I'll wait here.

Yes, we are. It's simple...I didn't vote for Trump in the primaries.

No...because I don't jump on bandwagons period.

Never heard of the term Bulwark...had to look up its meaning.

While technically a registered R, that’s mainly because of my mostly conservative values and beliefs. However, I have never nor will I ever vote straight R or D. I vote based on whose political and social construct beliefs I align with the most at any given time...which changes as society changes, of which not all changes are necessarily for the better.

I reserve the right to change my mind on any issues and believe it's inherently wrong to judge anyone on things they said or did decades ago.

But you’ll vote for Trump even though he changes his mind from the start of a conversation to the end of it, and sometimes mid-sentence. Nothing weird about that.

Structure your voting system so it's very easy for wealthier, whiter, older citizens and harder for poorer, darker, younger citizens. Provide fewer voting machines per capita in urban areas, for example.

I flew down to Selma, AL back in 2016 to drive voters to the polls for the Doug Jones election. It was such an eye opening experience in terms of the hurdles voters in some R states are subjected to. I’m in awe of the marginalized who do continue to vote, despite being turned away for illegitimate reasons again and again (eg, elderly voter who has lived at the same home for decades being told at the place she’s voted at numerous times that she must vote at a new place 15 miles away, then being told at that place that her polling station is really 15 miles in a different direction). It’s absolutely criminal and made me far more sympathetic to R states who have almost impossible odds to overcome R rule.

First, I don't know why you think I'd vote for Trump. I voted for Biden last time.

Second, Harris is changing her mind don't just as much lol.

If I vote at all it will likely be Harris...but honestly I don't think I could stomach 8 yrs of her either.

I am extremely disappointed in our options 😞. Ashamed really.

Inflation mess not avoidable here, but should have been even less than it was.

One such example is the IRA. The Inflation Reduction Act simple added gas to the fire of inflation.

How?

This act costs 800 billion. This is unfounded money that was just PRINTED. The classic definition of in inflation is that the dollar becomes less valuable to buy food and services, so you need to spend more money for the same items as prices increase. When you add 800 billion dollars to the economy, then every existing dollar out there reformed less valuable and thus prices rise.

The IRA spent hundreds of billions for green energy projects that will take years to complete. And the component about hiring IRS agents to collect more revenue will take years to recoup any of the costs.

So in the immediate term when inflation was at its peak, adding 800 billion in printed money is like adding fuel to the fire. This then causes the fed to raise interest rates higher to try to slow things down. It’s not Biden/Harris that did a damn thing to cool inflation. It was the Fed and raising interest rates. If Biden/Harris did not spend all this extra money, the Fed would not have to jack up rates as high as he did.
