Maybe it excluded some restaurants and it was in really small print. Or had specific hours or required you make a full price purchase of something and then you can use it.
Sorry it didn't work, I would be pissed too but tbh I wouldn't have bothered to call. Just email them and use it another day. And I have done pick up for door dash and other apps because it saves delivery fee and larger tip fee. |

You two must not be very bright. Instead of DD insert any other company that offered a coupon that didn't work and you'be singing a different tune. It's not about the fact that she ordered food. It's about the fact that the company offered a coupon for her troubles that is completely useless. This one went right over your head. Perhaps next time hold off on being nasty until you have really through about it? |

+1. I had two bad experiences and that was it for me. Then I found out how squeeze the restaurants to use then and I won't use them or Uber Eats. It's bad for the restaurants and I want them to stay in business. |
