explain red beans in desserts

Ick. I cannot stand sweet red beans. Caveat that we eat a lot of red beans in general because my spouse is Puerto Rican. So the beans we eat are savory. I unexpectedly had a few desserts with red beans and I cannot handle them.

In general I am not picky at all, but dessert beans throw me off.

Taiwanese bing so is sooooo good and refreshing. Asian desserts are a little odd but I love all of them.

It’s adzuki beans. Very versatile.
