What makes couples break up after having a baby?

Do you mean permanently left their families? Or just went out for a night?

What causes the latter is an easy baby and an easygoing wife. My DH went to a bday party three weeks after I had my first with my complete blessing. He is now finishing a summer caring for our three kids full time while I work (he is a teacher with summers off). Not everything requires drama!

Men who don't want babies can use condoms ALL the time or get snipped.

Weird.

Usually the Baby Daddy’s don’t ever get married first, before abandoning pregnant girlfriends or newborns

One didn’t marry just was engaged. Maybe a shut up ring. Fought the mom not to pay child support. The baby daddy type like you say.

The other did marry. He’s the one the next month was out. Faster than the other.

This epidemic also happens after couples have their 3rd child. It’s like the straw that broke the camel’s back. It seems that is the stress level that causes some men to break and bolt from their families/have affairs/ have addictions. Etc. I noticed this phenomenon when I was a teen amongst my friends’ parents. And the trend still seems to exist today

They get jealous of the attention the baby gets and end up hating both the baby and the mom because they need attention.

It’s quite pathetic.

Sleep depravation

Anything that happens after - fighting etc - is always due to this imo.

The woman realizing that he is a man-baby and now that she has an actual baby she is no longer willing to put up with him and carry the load of being his mommy. Total loss of respect.

Anyway, I would de-friend them right away.

This can sometimes be an aspect. Then, the husband may no longer feel he is the primary focus and no longer feels taken care of by the woman.
