This will sound strange….do yoga or another stretching based program to really open up your back, hips, and glutes. Focus on deep glutes and hip flexors. Not to build strength but to lengthen. Hip openers and overall pelvic mobility. Make sure you are not slouching and sitting behind sits bones. Untuck your bum (twerk!) This will improve blood flow and may help overall reproductive health. Hydrate with occasional electrolytes. |

You might want to look into other things like chemicals in cleaning supplies as well as your personal hygiene products. There are things like microplastics that we unfortunately can’t do anything about besides doing things like not wearing anything with synthetic plasic fibers |
